MESSAGE MESSAGE

Services that we ourselves would want to use,
and services we would recommend to our families.

What is it that we are spending most of our waking hours each day in the workplace dedicating all our efforts trying to achieve?
And why are we committed every day to achieving it?

This is what we asked ourselves time and time again when we were creating our mission and vision.
After exchanging opinions and considering various approaches, what we arrived at was “We are committed every day to achieving healthy profit growth as a company by creating services that we ourselves would want to use and recommend to our families, which our customers value.”

Of course our various responsibilities constitute a big part of what drives our efforts. These include management responsibility toward our shareholders, responsibility as a corporate citizen toward society, and responsibility toward the officers and employees who work in our group of companies. This is why we are committed every day to meeting the expectations of stakeholders by continuously recording steady profit, paying dividends and taxes, and paying salaries that enable our officers and employees to plan out happy lives.

However, the absolutely essential ingredient for us to be able to fulfill these responsibilities is continuous, healthy profit growth. This does not refer to any type of transient profit growth or something gained from someone else’s misfortune. It means healthy profit growth from increased sales and subsequent increases in profits as a result of making customers happy. We believe that providing value that makes customers happy is the most effective way to maximize our fair profit. Having thought about what we can do to achieve this, we reached the conclusion that the genuine value we should deliver to customers is services that we ourselves would want to use, and services that we would recommend to our families.

So then, what kind of services are services that we ourselves would want to use, and services that we would recommend to our families?
I believe these are services that are honest and transparent, and that have true value for our customers. Services that you would proudly, wholeheartedly recommend if a family member were to suggest an interest in using them. Services that you confidently recommend to beloved family members when advising them, as a professional, without asking for any compensation for the advice. These are exactly the type of services that have true value for our customers.

For our group of companies which aims to create services such as these, the most important virtue and cultural element is honesty. Even if our customers were family members, we must handle our jobs with honesty that makes us proud of the work we do. We must strive to thoroughly understand the purpose for which customers use our services and stand right beside them, see from their perspective, and exercise as much ingenuity as possible to help them fulfill that purpose.

We provide services that we ourselves would want to use and would recommend to our families. Services with honesty and transparency that customers consider genuinely valuable and are amazed and inspired by. I hope that by doing so, we will achieve healthy, continuous growth and fulfill the expectations of our diverse stakeholders.
All of our officers and employees will continue diligently working to be even better at what we do. We look forward to your continued support.
